This also includes access to stored configurations and files.<\/li>\n<li><strong>General terms and conditions<\/strong>: This document, which contains the basic requirements for our services.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Additional conditions<\/strong>: Specific terms and conditions which, in addition to these General Terms and Conditions, may apply to certain services. This may include third-party terms and conditions, a Service Level Agreement (SLA), or a Processor Agreement.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Consumer<\/strong>: A customer acting as a natural person and not in the exercise of a profession or business.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Services<\/strong>: All products and\/or services provided by WebSpace Hosting B.V. to the customer on the basis of an agreement.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Confidential Information<\/strong>: Any information marked as confidential or to be considered as such by the receiving party. The content of any agreement between us and the customer is considered confidential.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Article 2: Applicability<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, services, and agreements between WebSpace Hosting B.V. and our customers, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/li>\n<li>By purchasing a service from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n<li>We may change these terms and conditions. For significant changes, we will inform our customers at least one month in advance. Minor changes may take effect immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Article 3: The Account<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customers access their account with a self-selected password. It is the customer's responsibility to choose a strong password and keep it secret.<\/li>\n<li>The account provides access to manage services, including a digital wallet for making payments. Customers are responsible for maintaining sufficient balance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Article 4: Obligations of WebSpace Hosting B.V.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We undertake to provide the services purchased to the best of our ability and according to the specifications agreed in the agreement.<\/li>\n<li>If service is interrupted due to unforeseen circumstances, we aim to restore it as soon as possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Article 5: Customer obligations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The customer must provide all necessary cooperation and supply correct and complete information for the performance of the service.<\/li>\n<li>Misuse of the services, such as distributing illegal content, is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Article 6: Payment and Rates<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rates for our services are clearly communicated prior to the agreement. Payments should be made according to the agreed deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>If payment is not made on time, we reserve the right to suspend services until payment is made.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Article 7: Liability and Indemnity<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>WebSpace Hosting B.V. limits its liability to direct damage caused by gross negligence or intent on our part. Liability for indirect damages, including lost profits or data loss, is excluded.<\/li>\n<li>The customer indemnifies WebSpace Hosting B.V. against all third-party claims arising from the use of the services, unless such claims are directly attributable to gross negligence or intent on our part.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Article 8: Termination and Termination<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Agreements may be terminated by either party subject to the agreed notice period.<\/li>\n<li>Upon termination of the service, the customer should take care of securing his data himself.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Article 9: Final provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.<\/li>\n<li>Disputes are preferably resolved by mutual agreement.
